\n \n\n \n\nAfter three cohorts of Avni Launchpad, we are excited to bring the next edition of the program to two regional hubs, Ahmedabad and Bhubaneswar, with a special focus on organisations working across Western and Eastern India.
\nAvni Launchpad 4.0 aims to bring together NGOs, social enterprises, CSR and funding organisations, and technology consultants from across West and East India to collaboratively solve field implementation and program monitoring challenges using Avni.
\nThe earlier cohorts of Avni Launchpad brought together a diverse group of forward-thinking organisations looking to strengthen the way they manage their field programs. Over just a few weeks, participating organisations designed and launched digital pilots using Avni across sectors such as health, agriculture, education, livelihoods and social protection.
\nThese pilots helped teams move from paper-based processes and spreadsheets to digital systems for data collection, beneficiary tracking, monitoring, reporting and real-time program insights.

\n \n Building on these experiences, the West and East India Cohort is an opportunity to work more closely with organisations across both regions, including those serving rural, remote and low-connectivity communities, contexts for which Avni has been specifically designed.
\nMany organisations running field-based programs still rely on cumbersome paper-based processes, spreadsheets or expensive enterprise systems. Even when organisations know they need a better digital system, taking the first step can be difficult: teams need to understand what to digitise, how the system should work, whether their staff will be able to use it, and whether the investment will create enough value.
\nAvni addresses these challenges through an open-source, low-code and AI-supported platform that enables organisations to build offline-capable field applications and access timely program information.
\nAvni Launchpad makes it easier for organisations to take that first step.
\nInstead of making a major technology investment upfront, selected organisations work with the Avni team to design, build and test a real digital pilot for one of their own programs before deciding whether to scale it further.
\nThe Launchpad is a cohort-based program for NGOs, social enterprises, CSR teams, funders and technology consultants who want to strengthen social impact programs through better digital systems. Over a few weeks, selected participants receive hands-on mentoring, implementation guidance and access to the Avni platform to build a working pilot suited to their own field realities.

\nLearn How to Go Digital
\nLearn how to translate an existing social-impact program into a digital workflow using Avni, an open-source, low-code mobile platform designed for field operations, offline data collection and program monitoring.

\nBuild a Real Working Pilot
\nInstead of learning through demonstrations alone, you will work on an actual use case from your organisation. With guidance from mentors and the Avni team, you will design, configure and prepare a working application for field testing.

\nTest Before You Invest
\nEvaluate whether Avni works for your organisation before making a larger financial commitment. Participants receive free hosting, platform access and implementation support during the Launchpad program, along with a 10% discount on annual subscription plans for organisations that onboard before the cohort concludes.

\nSave Time and Reduce Manual Work
\nMove beyond paper registers and fragmented spreadsheets toward a digital system that can simplify field data collection, reduce duplication and manual errors, and improve monitoring and reporting.

\nBuild Internal Digital Capacity
\nThe program is designed so that participating teams do not simply receive a technology solution. You will learn how to think through digital workflows, structure program data, configure applications and make changes as your program evolves.

\nLearn Alongside Other Organisations
\nLaunchpad brings together organisations working on different social challenges but facing many of the same technology and implementation questions. Participants have the opportunity to learn from peers, share approaches and understand how other organisations are solving similar challenges.

\nAccess High-Value Support at Minimal Cost
\nParticipants receive mentoring, hosting, training, implementation guidance and technical support during the program.
\nOverall, this represents support worth over ₹1 lakh.
\n\nOnce you apply for the cohort, we will schedule a screening call to understand your requirements and assess whether Avni is a good fit for your use case.
\nIf a suitable use case is identified and your organisation is selected for Launchpad Cohort 4, you will be invited to confirm your participation. Once you confirm, a one-time participation fee of ₹3,000 will apply.
\nAs part of the cohort, participating organisations will receive access to the Avni platform, pilot hosting, mentoring, implementation guidance, training, and support to build and test one real use case.
\nThere is no obligation to continue using Avni after the Launchpad. At the end of the pilot, your organisation can evaluate whether Avni meets your needs and decide whether you would like to continue. Continued use of Avni after the Launchpad is paid; please refer to the Avni pricing page for details.
\nWorkshop travel and accommodation: Participating organisations will need to bear the travel and accommodation costs for their representative(s) attending the 2-day in-person workshop in Ahmedabad or Bhubaneswar.
\nSelected organisations may nominate one or two participants to attend the in-person workshop, depending on what is most useful for their pilot.
\nAvni is best suited for organisations running field-based programs where services are delivered over time through community workers, field staff, volunteers or frontline teams.
\nThe platform is particularly useful when programs require:
\nThe program can also be relevant for CSR teams and funding organisations looking to strengthen monitoring and data systems across partner organisations, as well as technology consultants and implementation partners interested in developing Program MIS and workflow-driven applications for the social sector using an open-source, low-code platform.
\n\nLaunchpad works best when an organisation already has a specific program or use case that it wants to digitise and is prepared to actively work on the pilot during the cohort.

\nA CLEAR PILOT OWNER
\nYour organisation should nominate at least one person who will take ownership of the pilot. The participant should:
\nABILITY TO PILOT
\nThe purpose of Launchpad is not only to build an application but to test it with real users. Organisations should therefore apply with a use case that can realistically be piloted during the program timelines.
\nSUSTAINABILITY
\nYou will decide whether to continue with Avni after experiencing the pilot. However, before applying, we encourage organisations to consider whether they would have the organisational commitment, operational capacity and potential funding required to continue using the system if the pilot is successful.
\nNote: For a limited number of selected organisations, sponsorship support toward the first year of Avni use may be available on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability. If budget is a constraint, we still encourage you to apply, potential support can be discussed later in the selection process.
